Who we are

These terms govern your use of this website and any membership, coaching, or product you purchase from it. The site is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], contact [EMAIL]. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Memberships and billing

The free tier costs nothing and requires no card.
The paid membership is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, automatically, until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members.

One-on-one coaching

Coaching is offered by application and is limited in number. Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be set out in your coaching agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as used.

Products

Physical goods ship from Nebraska, typically within a few business days. Where in-person pickup is offered at an event, uncollected items will be shipped afterward at our discretion.

Your content and conduct

Membership is personal to you. Don't share your login, and don't download, copy, re-upload, or redistribute the videos. We may suspend accounts that do.

Health and safety

All training content is general fitness information, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting any new program, stop if something hurts, and work within your ability. You take part at your own risk, and to the fullest extent the law allows we aren't liable for injury arising from your use of the content.

Intellectual property

All videos, written material, logos, and branding on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
