You don't need more motivation — you need a Tuesday plan. Short sessions, real food you'll actually cook, and a coach who notices when you disappear.
Free sessions below — no account, no email, nothing to cancel.
Not a body transformation promise. These are the things that actually shift.
The session is picked, the length is short, the plan is on the calendar. Nothing left to argue with yourself about at 5 a.m.
Ten minutes of mobility a day is the least exciting thing in here and the thing people thank me for a year later.
A week of real food, a grocery list in aisle order, and recipes simple enough to cook tired.
Because somebody is counting, and because missing costs one visible square instead of nothing at all.
No consultation call, no assessment questionnaire, no sales sequence. You can be training in about four minutes.
Two sessions a week, three, five. You pick it. It's the only commitment I'll hold you to, and you can change it on the first of any month.
A fixed starting sequence — a runway, not a challenge. Most people fail because they start in the middle. This is the beginning.
One message a week. How'd it go, what's the plan, what's in the way. Two minutes to answer. If you go quiet, you hear from me.
Real sessions, filmed on the floor. A few are open on this page — no account, no email. The rest open with membership.
New sessions added every week.
People stop on the ordinary ones — where nothing's wrong, nothing's urgent, and skipping appears to cost nothing at all.
So every member gets a ledger. One square a day. Miss two in a row and you hear from me — not a guilt trip, a question. Usually that's all it takes.
A member's month. The gaps are the point — nobody's perfect, and the streak survives it.
Cancel any time from your account page, without emailing anybody. That's the entire policy.

I'm a gym guy who also sits on the floor of a yurt with singing bowls, and I've stopped apologizing for either one.
You're not behind. You're early in a longer story than you can see from here.
I'd rather you know now than quit in month two. Here's the honest split.
For a lot of the library, nothing at all. For most of the rest, one kettlebell, a band, or a set of dumbbells. Every session lists its equipment up front.
The starting program begins at about twelve minutes with a movement screen and no weight at all. If you can walk up a flight of stairs, you can start on day one.
Five to forty-five minutes, with most between fifteen and thirty. The whole thing is built around the assumption that you have less time than you'd like.
One short message from me every Monday asking three questions. You answer in two minutes. It's not automated — if you write something real, you get something real back.
It's being filmed now. Rather than take your money for something that isn't finished, I'd rather you leave your name and I'll tell you the day it's ready. Everything marked free on this page is available right now, no account needed.
Yes, any time from your account page, no email and no phone call. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
We sit down for a half day, in person or on video. First a movement screen so we both know where your body honestly is. Then the longer conversation — what's driving you, what fitness has meant in your life so far, and what you want to still be able to do in thirty years. We turn that into something measurable and write it down, and I follow up afterward so it doesn't end up in a drawer.
No, but most people who do it say it made everything after it make sense. It's a one-time session and it stands on its own — you can take the plan and run it yourself.
In-stock items ship from Nebraska, usually within a few days. If you're seeing me in person, choose pickup at checkout and I'll bring it along.
In two parts. You get the tee at the Gathering or by post straight away, and the hat follows the week it arrives. One payment, nothing else for you to do.
The hats are in production and won't arrive in time for the Gathering. Preorder now and yours is set aside — I'll ship it the week they land, or hand it to you next time I see you. You're charged at checkout.
